Nishan International participated in the 2019 Los Angeles Festival of Books held at the University of Southern California. Nishan International brought dozens of kinds of books, as well as cultural and creative products to the exhibition, and invited Mr. Gan Fuzhong, a famous calligrapher, to make a living calligraphy show.
尼山国际于2019年4月参加了在南加州大学举办的洛杉矶书展。尼山国际携数十种图书及文化创意产品亮相本届书展，并邀请著名书法家甘富忠先生现场挥毫，让来自世界各地的游客在美国近距离体验到中国传统文化项目。

CELEBRATION AND FORUM OF the 40TH anniversary of US-CHINA diplomatic RELATIONS
庆祝中美建交40周年高峰论坛暨庆典

Nishan cohosts the Celebration and Forum of 40th US-China relations on January 19, 2019 along with The Chinese American Federation at Langham in Pasadena. Max Baucus, the former US ambassador to China, delivered a keynote speech. A panel discussion is monitored by Nishan CEO, Ms. Ulan. The event attracts people from different fields. 
尼山国际协办了由美国华人联合总会主办的庆祝中美建交40周年高峰论坛暨庆典活动。前美国驻华大使Max Baucus做了主旨演讲。尼山国际总裁乌兰女士作为整场活动以及论坛部分的主持人参与这次的活动中。

新书发布及研讨会

Nishan hosts the Read Chinese Every Day and China Tales Book Launch and Seminar at US-China Institute, New York. The books are designed for Chinese Language learners, especially elementary school students. Prof. Zeng, Dongmei. Ms. Li Hong  joined the seminar as professionals in the Chinese language teaching field and gave valuable feedback. 
尼山在纽约华美协进社主办了“天天读中文和中国故事”新书首发和研讨会。此套丛书是为海外中文学习者，尤其小学生量身打造。来自纽约州立大学石蹊分校的曾冬梅教授和资深中文教学老师黎红老师参与了此次研讨会并提供了很多宝贵的意见。

浓情五月天   感恩母亲节 

Nishan hosts and co-hosts community events that support the communication and development of Chinese/Asian neighborhoods in the LA area. The Love For Mother event was held in May, 2018 in celebration of Mother's Day. The event includes a panel of 5 women discussing about their careers and lives as working mothers, and an exhibition of Chinese painter, Ms. Lyu, Jia.
尼山主办和协办促进洛杉矶地区的中文社区和亚裔社区发展和交流的活动。“浓情五月天 感恩母亲节”活动是为庆祝母亲节举办的由5位成功的在职母亲分享她们在事业上和家庭生活的经验的一个座谈会。同时在活动中展出了著名画家吕嘉女士的画作。

The Nishan Reading Club was established with the concept of promoting diversified cultural communications, strengthen the development on mutual learning within local communities. The reading club is targeting at local Chinese-American audiences, focusing on Chinese collections reading, including classic literature, Chinese poetry, etc. 
尼山读书会的成立理念是促进多元化的文化交流，加强当地社区相互学习的发展。尼山读书会针对当地华裔观众，专注于中国藏书阅读，包括经典文学，中国诗歌等。​
